How to protect the printing paper from moisture?

Unit paper, whether it is copy paper or computer printing paper, one fear of fire, two fear of water. We have done a good job in fire prevention. Although summer has passed, there is still a lot of rain in recent days. How can the unit printing paper be protected from moisture?

1. The printing paper should be stored flat in the packing box or in a special dry cabinet. It should be well ventilated and dry. It is suitable for storage and application: temperature 20-25 ℃; relative humidity 35-55%.

2. Do not unpack the printing paper before use. In the application environment with poor temperature and humidity conditions, the copy paper that has not been used up at one time should be put back in the packaging bag for storage, and try to use as much as possible.

3. The thickness of the printing paper allowed to be placed in the paper box. For details, please refer to the equipment of the printer.

4. In order to keep the paper dry, a box of desiccant can be placed in the printer supply box. In this way, the paper in the paper box can be avoided from being affected by moisture.

5. The damped printing paper shall be temporarily sealed and stopped for use until the humidity is lower and the temperature is higher.
